Photo1M (the "app") is a camera and video tool that runs entirely offline. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains how the app handles your data.

1. We do not collect or upload your data

The app has no server, no accounts, no advertising, no analytics, and no third-party data services. Photos and videos you shoot stay in your device's photo library. The app never uploads, shares, or repurposes them.

2. Capture metadata

• Camera model, lens, focal length, shutter speed, ISO, aperture and capture time are written into the photo or video file by your device, and stay with the file in your library.
• Only when you turn on "Keep Location" does the app write your current position (optionally including the direction you were facing) into the metadata of the file on your device. Location is never uploaded, and you can turn the feature off at any time.
• The date watermark is opt-in and is drawn onto the local photo only.

3. System permissions we use

• Camera: to take photos and record video.
• Microphone: to capture sound while recording video; you may deny it.
• Photos: to save your finished photos and videos to the system library. The app never reads your other photos.
• Location: optional, used only when "Keep Location" is on, and only to write the position into the local file.

4. In-app purchase (the app's only network activity)

When you buy the one-time unlock or tap Restore Purchases, your device communicates with Apple's servers. Apple handles the entire payment; the app never sees your card details. Apart from that, the app makes no network requests.

5. Data sharing and third parties

The app shares your data with no one. The only third party involved is Apple's App Store in-app purchase service; payment and transaction data are handled by Apple under Apple's privacy policy.

6. Storage and deletion

• Your photos and videos live in the system photo library and are yours to manage; deleting the app does not affect them.
• The daily free-quota counter is stored only on this device and is removed when you delete the app.

7. Children's privacy

The app collects no personal information and does not collect data from children.

8. Changes to this policy
